EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

The customer has up to 7 calendar days to request an exchange if they are not satisfied with the products.
For the above, the customer must comply with the following conditions:

  • The garments must be in perfect condition, retaining labels, tags attached to the product and original packaging.
  • Exchanges for products of the same value: the exchange is made and no additional charge or return is generated.
  • Exchanges for products of lower value: we will send you a credit note voucher for the value of your remaining balance to redeem in any of our sales channels.
  • Exchanges for products of greater value: a cash charge will be made for the difference between the products to be exchanged.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 8 business days from receipt of the product.

Free Shipping for Equal or Higher Purchases $75 USD (Maximum 72 business hours to all of Venezuela. Operated by MRW or Zoom)
