At Blezzky Online we like to keep our ranges fresh and exciting, which means that sometimes we don’t stock all of our product lines. However, we do keep the majority of our products continually in stock, so if you see a product that doesn’t seem to be available in your size, it’s always best to email using the contact form and we can let you know if your item will be stocked again or help you find a very similar item.

If your country is subject to customs duties or import fees, these are levied once the package reaches its destination country – this is the responsibility of the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of shipment and submit our customs data electronically to assist with customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

USA: All orders over US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day. As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way.

Delivery time is subject to the region of the country where the order is delivered, the average delivery time is 1 to 4 business days.

Shopping at www.blezzky.com/co is very easy, just follow these steps:

To search for the item you want to buy, you can browse the categories in our category menu or use the search bar.
Once you have chosen the item you want, select the color and size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the BUY button.
Once you have added the item, you can continue browsing and adding the items you want to the shopping cart.
When you have added all the items you want to buy, click on your shopping cart at the top right of the page. You will find a summary of your order, check that the items in your cart are the ones you want to buy and click on FINISH PURCHASE.
Enter your email to continue the process. Fill in your personal and delivery information. We do this to give you the possibility to view your order history, you can track them and save your contact details and shipping addresses for easy shopping in the future.
Check the confirmation page for your purchase and wait for the confirmation email.
Receive your order at the address provided at the time of purchase.
