You can return or exchange your product(s) within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless both parties agree to credit a different payment type. All custom items and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges do not apply to underwear.
Blezzky cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The garment has been worn
- The garment is missing any labels (We suggest you try the garment(s) on before removing it)
- The garment is dirty
- The garment has traces of use of deodorants, makeup and/or chemicals that stain, discolor and/or deteriorate fabrics.
- The garment was altered or modified by the consumer in any way.
- The printing, appliques or embroidery must not be damages or have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
Process for Return or Exchange
- Indicate the reason for return or exchange, provide your contact telephone number, email and address via our email email@example.com.
- At the distribution center we will validate that the garment(s) is(are) in the acceptable conditions mentioned in our Return or Exchange Policy. If these conditions are met and you wish an exchange, and if we have the garment you ask for, we will send it to the address indicated by you. We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order.
- The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the exchange is due to a mistake by a customer, the cost of return shipping will be paid by said customer.
- Exchange is not available; we will contact you and inform you of other exchange options or a refund.
