Return Policies
To return or exchange items, please do so within 7 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless we agree to accept a different payment method. All personalized items and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
The changes do not apply to the underwear line.
BLEZZKY will not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The garment has been worn.
- All tags are missing. We suggest you try on the garment before removing it.
- It is dirty.
- It has traces of use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.
- The garment was altered or modified by the consumer.
- The print, appliqués or embroidery have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
Procedure for Return or Exchange.

- At the distribution center, we will verify that the item(s) meet the conditions mentioned in our Return or Exchange Policy. If these conditions are met and the item you want is available, we will ship it to the address you provided. You will then receive an email with the tracking number used to dispatch your exchanged item(s).
- If the exchange is due to a customer error, the cost of shipping the exchange will be paid by the customer.
- If the item(s) you request for exchange are not available, we will contact you to generate a credit balance.
