CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order once it has been submitted please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK

At Blezzky Online we like to keep our ranges fresh and exciting which means that sometimes we do not re-stock all our product lines. However, we do keep the majority of our products continually in stock so if you see a product that does not appear to be available in your size, it is always best to email using the contact form so we can tell you if your size will be re-stocked or help you find a very similar item.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

If your country is subject to any customs or import duties then these are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country – this is the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of shipment and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department

We aim to ship your order within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on the way.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER OR SOMETHING IS MISSING

If you have received an incorrect item or something is missing from your order please let us know straight away by contacting us via email.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time is subject to the region of the country where the order is being delivered, the average time of delivery is up to 8 business but can take as long as 15 business days if any contingencies or delays present themselves.

HOW TO BUY AT WWW.BLEZZKY.COM?

Buying at www.blezzky.com is very easy, you just have to follow these steps:

  • To search for the item you want to buy you can navigate through the categories in our category Menu or use the Search Bar.
  • Once you have chosen the item you want, select the color and size and add it to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the BUY button.
  • Once you have added the item you can continue browsing and adding items you want to the Shopping Cart.
  • When you have added all the items you want to purchase, click on your Shopping Cart at the top right of the page. You will find a summary of your order, verify that the items in your cart are the ones you want to buy and click on FINISH PURCHASE.
  • Enter your email to continue the process. Fill out your personal and delivery information. We do this in order to give you the possibility to see your order history, you can track them and save your contact details and shipping addresses to facilitate purchases in the future.
  • Check the confirmation page of your purchase and wait for the confirmation email.
  • Receive your order at the address provided at the time of purchase.
